Amy Glynn

Amy Glynn is an award-winning essayist, fiction writer and poet whose work appears in journals and anthologies including The Best American Poetry and The Best American Essays. Her most recent book is Romance Language, forthcoming from Measure Press in Summer 2021. Among other honors, she has received the Troubadour Prize from London's Coffee House Press, the SPUR Award of the Academy of Western Writers, Poetry Northwest's Carolyn Kizer Award, the Literal Latte Essay Prize, and multiple scholarships from the Sewanee and Bread Loaf Writers Conferences. She has received two James Merrill House fellowships and served as inaugural Poet Laureate for the cities of Lafayette and Orinda, CA. She lives in Lafayette, CA, with her two daughters.
